+39 Trattoria & Pizzeria is a place that can be safely called a living and conceptual photograph of the Bay of Naples at the foot of Vesuvius.
The style of the restaurant was designed by the Milanese architectural firm Remigio Architects, and all the decor elements, many of which were made by hand by craftsmen in Italy, transport guests to the vicinity of the famous volcano. The design tells about the four elements characteristic of Naples and the Bay of Naples: the sea water, the iron-rich earth, the fiery lava of the famous volcano and the joyful air that reigns in the streets.
Chef Alessandro Simioli, who grew professionally on the Sorrento coast and has been working in Moscow for more than 16 years, is responsible for the restaurant's cuisine. Alessandro, who took over his culinary skills from his father and uncle, prepares traditional family dishes with his modern and creative vision.
Alexander Slutu, a master pizzaiolo, who grew up in Naples and trained in the pizzerias of its historical center, creates side by side with the chef. Alexander makes any pizza, both classic and those with unusual combinations, truly unique.
In the menu +39 Trattoria & Pizzeria presents traditional dishes from both the south of Italy and other regions of the country and the best Neapolitan pizza in the city on the right dough with delicious fillings.
