AltaGamma, established in 2015 by the vision of Donato and Tata Parisi, represents an ambitious project, a combination of enthusiasm and bravery: the founders didn’t stop on the import of Italian excellence, coming from many Italian regions and selected with care and attention, but went further with the decision to set a manufacturing plant of dairy products inside of the territory of the Russian Federation. The enormous success, which AltaGamma achieved within several years with the help of the straight synergy and collaboration with a well-known Italian company - leader on the market of development and production of plants for the dairy products’ industry, made it possible to settle dairies in other Russian cities, first in Saint Petersburg and afterwards Ekaterinburg, and in different parts of the world, such as Baku (Azerbaijan), Perth (Australia) and finally Riga (Latvia), offering the consultations and know how for the enlargement of production plants and personnel’s training.
During the growth of AltaGamma, Donato and Tata decided to face a new challenge , establishing a new brand “+39” in 2021, which met the world of restaurant industry with the opening of the first concept called “+39 Pizzeria e Mozzarella Bar”: by settling an innovative and suggestive location, where it is possible to enjoy diverse speciality of the Italian traditional food, the authentic Neapolitan pizza cooked in a real wooden oven and great selection of other typical dishes from Campania region, while observing the whole production process of dairy products, made on a daily basis.
Such innovation achieved an immediate success, becoming a reference point for the Italian community and reached the culmination after just one year, with the opening of “+39 Trattoria e Pizzeria”. The latter introduces to the market yet another twist for the Russian people, a type of venue that differs from the classic restaurant and aims to offer traditional, simple, but above all delicious dishes, served in a sophisticated but, at the same time, youthful and dynamic environment. Such a new format differs from the combination of tradition and innovation, inspired by the basic elements of Neapolitan culture: the fire of Vesuvius, the sea of the Gulf and the ground of Naples.
Within the +39 offers it is possible to find various services, including training masterclasses, catering services, preparation of banquets for institutional events, school canteens, volunteer activities and collaborations with charities.
