The adventure begins in 2015 when Donato and Tata Parisi, the two founders, launch themselves into their dream: that of bringing the taste and flavor of Italian food within the Russian Federation.
The strength of Altagamma is represented by the production of the products made exclusively by hand, these are the result of an art handed down from generation to generation and are carried out by the Italian Cheesemakers with over 25 years of experience.
