+39 Pizzeria & Mozzarella Bar is an authentic, truly Neapolitan pizzeria in the center of Moscow, opened by Parisi & Co in June 2021. This is where the history of +39 begins – a place where Italians living in Moscow can share their passion for good food with both true connoisseurs of Italian cuisine and those who are just discovering the cuisine of this beautiful country.

Brand chef +39 Alessandro Simioli hails from the sunny city of Nerano. He started his professional career in the establishments of Naples and the coast of the semi-island of Sorrento, but has been living and working in Moscow for more than 16 years. Thanks to his rich experience, Alessandro perfectly prepares classic dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, complementing them with his own vision.
Behind the wood-burning stove with the volcanic stone of Vesuvius, the maestro-pizzaiolo Alexander Slutu works, whose formation as a professional began in the alleys of the historical center of Naples. Alexander was born in Ukraine, but grew up in the main city of the Italian region of Campania and therefore knows all the secrets of how to cook the right Neapolitan pizza.
It is a well-known fact that Italians love to eat delicious food. However, good food is not only the skill of the chef. Culinary magic always starts with quality ingredients. In our Pizzeria we use only the best products produced by unique companies that are located throughout Italy, as well as our own fresh cheeses, the daily production of which our guests can watch through a special panoramic window.
