On the territory of Ryabovskaya Manufaktura, Parisi& Co. in partnership with the owners of the gastrobar Plates and the café Yasha, opened +39 Pizza & Vino on October 1st, 2023 - the third restaurant of the +39 family.
It was the love for Neapolitan pizza and traditional Italian cuisine that was the starting point for the beginning of a new project in place of the Pipndrop wine bar, famous for its wine collection, the incredible 20-bottle 'enomatic' machine, interesting themed events and friendly atmosphere.
Having decided to combine a passion for delicious food, high demands on product quality and knowledge of the best wines, we have created +39 Pizza&Vino, where from now on you can enjoy a real food and wine journey with the best dishes, created by our brand chef Alessandro Simioli and pizza by master pizza chef Aleksandr Slutu and executed by Executive Chef Nikita Plekhov and his team.
Keeping with the traditions of the wine bar, +39 Pizza & Vino will delight guests with a selection of wines from Italy, Europe, the New World and modern Russian wineries. Sommelier Anna Davidovich, trained in the best Russian and European wine cellars, is responsible for the wine selection.
